U-Pick Terms & Conditions

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, responsibly grown flowers. By purchasing, handling, or using our products, or by reserving a ticket for a U-Pick event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Reservation Policy

  • By purchasing a U-Pick ticket (for yourself or on behalf of someone else), your spot is reserved for the selected event.

  • All ticket sales are final—no cancellations or refunds are allowed. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

  • One U-Pick ticket = one jar for one person to cut flowers. You may not bring your own container to fill.

  • You may bring one non-picking guest to walk with you; however, they may not pick flowers.

  • If your guest is under 18 years old, you are fully responsible for their safety and conduct during the event.

2. Event Timing

  • Please arrive any time within your scheduled time slot.

  • The event will end at the designated time, regardless of your arrival time.

  • If you arrive late, you may have less time to pick flowers, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.

3. Product Safety & Usage

  • All flowers and floral products from Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC are not food grade and are not safe for human or animal consumption.

  • All products are for decorative purposes only.

  • Keep flowers out of reach of children and pets.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss resulting from the use, handling, or display of our flowers or floral products.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) reactions related to plant sensitivity, allergies, or misuse of materials.

4. Weather, Crop Conditions & Availability

  • We cannot guarantee specific flowers will be available on your reserved date.

  • Weather events, pest issues, or other natural factors may impact our crops.

  • If such circumstances occur, we will notify you and reschedule your event at no additional cost.

5. Conduct & Farm Rules

  • You must follow all posted guidelines and instructions from farm staff.

  • Be respectful of wildlife and natural habitats on the property.

  • You agree not to harm, disturb, or interfere with wildlife.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for any injury, sting, bite, allergic reaction, rash, or other harm caused by wildlife, plants, or farm structures.

6. Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

  • By participating, you assume all risks associated with the event.

  • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, your guests’ participation, or your use/misuse of our products.

7. Communication

  • Email is our primary method of communication for updates and event information.

  • You agree to add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to your email contacts to ensure delivery.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for missed updates, cancellations, or event changes due to emails going to spam/promotions folders or being unopened.

  • Failure to receive or read emails does not exempt you from these terms.

8. Enforcement

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to terminate your participation without refund if you or your guests fail to comply with these terms and guidelines
