Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC- Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a photography session at Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC, either for myself or for a client session, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, responsibly grown flowers. However, by purchasing, handling, or using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following: I understand that by signing up for a photography session for personal use, or signing up a client(s) for a photography session, my spot has been reserved for me and my client(s). I agree that I have and can provide Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC proof of insurance before my session date if I intend to bring clients(s), if asked. I understand that if bringing a client(s) under the age of 18, a legal parent/guardian is required to attend the whole one hour session. From here on out the term “client(s) refers to all persons being photographed and their required parent/guardian. I understand that I am responsible for my client(s) that I bring to the farm and will communicate with said client(s) all guidelines set forth on this site’s photography page and all the terms and conditions set on this page.

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss resulting from the use, handling, or display of our flowers or floral products. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to plant sensitivity, allergies, or misuse of materials. All floral products are intended for decorative purposes only and are not for consumption. Keep out of reach of children and pets unless otherwise noted.

By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to release and hold harmless Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our products or participation in any related activities.

We do not allow walk-ins. All dates must be requested and approved in advance. I understand Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will be in contact with me after my request to book has been sent, to notify me of booking confirmation or not.  It is my responsibility to clearly communicate specific dates and times and my responsibility to notify Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC of any changes or cancellations. Cancellations will only be allowed with 24 hours notice and my date will be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of my reserved date will be rescheduled but not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded and will be rescheduled with conditions. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, my date may be rescheduled to an available date/time agreed upon by both parties.

 I understand that all flowers are property of Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC and neither my client(s) nor I am allowed to pick any flowers unless I have communicated in advance that my client(s) wishes to use them as props and only if payment is made in advance. All flowers used as props from Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC are not food grade, therefore they are not suitable for human or animal consumption. I understand that Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC does not guaranteed any specific flowers will be available at my reserved time/date. Mother nature is not in our control, and if weather incidents, floods or extreme drought happen , or an unusually large amount of bug pressure ruin our crop of flowers during your reserved time slot I will not hold Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC accountable. Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will notify me if such incidents happen and will reschedule my photoshoot with no additional fee, to an open time/date slot agreed upon by both parties.

I understand that Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to terminate any/all photography sessions if my client(s) and/or I do not follow the photography guidelines and all terms and conditions set. I agree that myself and my client(s) will be respectful of all wildlife encountered on the farm. Myself and my client(s) will not hold Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC responsible if either party is injured, stung, bit, have an allergic reaction, contact a rash or are hurt in any other way by the wildlife, plant life or any structures that I may encounter during the photography session. 

By reserving a photography session, I agree to add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to my email contacts so I do not miss important emails.
Email is primarily how Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will communicate with me unless I have otherwise communicated something different. Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will not be held responsible for e-mails going to my spam folder or promotions tabs.  I will not hold Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC responsible for missed updates/cancellations/correspondence due to my failure to add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to my contact list. I agree to forfeit any sessions not attended due to missed email communications and/or for any reason whatsoever.
