Photography Session Terms & Conditions

All sessions must be requested and approved in advance; walk-ins are not permitted.
Once your booking request is submitted, Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will confirm availability by email.
It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the requested date and time, and to notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice may be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled but will not be refunded.
No-shows will not be refunded and may only be rescheduled under specific conditions.
Sessions cancelled due to unsafe weather may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date/time.
Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your session.

If photographing clients under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire session.
For this agreement, the term “client(s)” includes all individuals being photographed and any required parent/guardian.
If you are bringing clients, you may be required to provide proof of insurance before your session date.
You are responsible for your clients’ conduct and for communicating all farm rules and guidelines to them.

All flowers remain the property of Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC.
Flowers may not be picked unless pre-arranged and paid for in advance.
Flowers provided as props are not food grade and must not be consumed by humans or animals.
We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties or colors will be available at your session.
Weather, pests, or other natural factors may affect flower availability. If crop conditions significantly affect your session, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

All floral products are intended for decorative purposes only and are not safe for consumption.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not liable for injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss resulting from the use, handling, or display of our flowers.
This includes—but is not limited to—issues related to plant sensitivity, allergies, wildlife encounters, or misuse of materials.
You and your clients must be respectful of all wildlife on the property.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for injuries, stings, bites, rashes, or other harm caused by plants, animals, insects, or farm structures.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of York County, Nebraska.

You and your clients must follow all photography guidelines and farm rules.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to terminate any session—without refund—if rules are not followed.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time and no adjustment to fees.

Email is our primary method of communication.
You must add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to your contacts to avoid missing important updates.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for missed communications due to emails going to spam or promotions folders.
Failure to receive or read emails does not exempt you from these terms.
Missed sessions due to communication failures or other reasons will be forfeited.

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

By participating in a photography session, you grant Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC permission to use any images taken by us for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the session.
