🌼 The guidelines you need to know:
(Read All The Way Through)Advanced purchase of a ticket is required. Walk-ins are not offered. (Tickets are virtual and will hold your spot.) Anyone wanting to cut flowers will need to purchase a ticket. Each ticket purchased is for one person/jar only. If you want to bring ONE person with you who is not cutting flowers, please do!
What’s provided with each ticket purchase:
A quart or pint size jar (depending on which ticket you purchased) with water to fill with lots of flowers and take home.
Gloves and floral snips for cutting flowers. (both of these items will be returned when you are done)
A copy of our “Cut Flower Care Guide’ to help keep your flowers looking fresher, longer once you get them home.
2 hours of access (come anytime between 8:30 & 10:30 AM) to our entire cutting garden (unless marked). Cut as many stems as you’d like that fit into your jar.
Snacks and refreshments!
We have two ticket options available: one for a quart size jar; and one for a pint size jar. (basically to make a small bouquet or large bouquet)
If you have purchased a ticket for a child, or are bringing a child as your +1, you are responsible for them the entire length of your visit. Children under the age of 8 will not be given snips (they are very sharp) to use on their own. Their adult is responsible for cutting the flowers for the child.
No experience is required. We will provide further instructions.
Our garden pathways are narrow (approximately 2-3 feet wide) and won’t fit strollers; walkers; etc. Stay on the paths, do not walk through the flower beds.
Leave your pets at home.
Wear appropriate attire during your visit. Long sleeves and sneakers are encouraged. You may want to bring sunscreen, bug spray and/or a water bottle to your visit.
There is no restroom available to use.
In the event of rain, events may be canceled or rescheduled. We will notify participants via email. If the event cannot be rescheduled, we will offer refunds.
We ask that you please be respectful of the property. This is our private home + we have worked hard to grow our field of flowers so that it can be enjoyed by many, all season long.
Please park across the street, along the road. Be mindful not to park in or block our neighbor’s driveways.
