Bloom Bike Rental Terms & Conditions

I confirm I am 19 years of age or older.
I will follow all rules and guidelines set by Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC.
All dates must be requested and approved in advance.
After my booking request is submitted, Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm will confirm if my requested date is available.
It is my responsibility to clearly communicate my requested dates and times, and to notify Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm of any changes or cancellations.

Standard rental time is 2 hours, unless additional hours are reserved in advance.
Pickup location will be the same as drop-off unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Bloom Bike will be provided clean, functional, and decorated with seasonal flowers (flowers are yours to keep).
Renter agrees to return the bike in the same condition it was received, minus the flowers.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to substitute flower varieties based on availability, quality, and seasonality without prior notice from where we see fit.

The Bloom Bike is intended for decor, light riding, and photo opportunities only—not for transportation purposes.
Only one person may sit at a time.
Use is forbidden on public roads with heavy traffic, steep hills, or in unsafe conditions (ice, high winds, etc.).
No one may sit, stand, or climb into the basket or on the handlebars.
Children may not ride in the basket.
Do not attach additional equipment or detach any parts or baskets.
Do not place anything in the baskets other than the flowers provided.
Renter is responsible for monitoring guest use and ensuring compliance with these rules.

All flowers are not food grade and are not safe for human or animal consumption.
Keep flowers out of reach of children and pets.

While the Bloom Bike is in my possession, I am responsible for its care and safe use.
I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs while the bike is in my possession.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, theft, or losses.
I agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my rental, including accidents, misuse, or failure to follow these guidelines.
Helmets are not provided; renter is responsible for ensuring appropriate safety equipment is used.

If the Bloom Bike, its baskets, or any parts are lost, stolen, or damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to me separately.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental date will not be refunded.
No-shows will not be refunded.
In the event of unsafe weather, rentals may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date/time.

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill rentals caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“force majeure”), including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

We love seeing the Bloom Bike in action! By renting, you give us permission to share any photos you tag us in on our social media unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

Email is our primary method of communication.
I agree to add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to my email contacts to avoid missing important updates.
Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for missed communications due to emails going to spam/promotions folders.
Failure to receive or read emails does not exempt me from these terms.
