Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC- Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC flower subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, responsibly grown flowers. However, by purchasing, handling, or using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following: I understand that by signing up for a flower subscription (by purchasing a subscription online), or by signing someone else up for a subscription, my spot has been reserved for me in the respective flower subscription. There will be no cancelling my flower subscription once purchased. Customers may choose to find a different person to transfer their flower subscription to. I understand that if I am gifting a subscription, I will communicate with the person receiving the gift, the terms and conditions of their gift subscription. I understand I must also provide the gift recipients email address to Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC if I want them to communicate with the recipient directly . Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm LLC is committed to providing high-quality, responsibly grown flowers. However, by purchasing, handling, or using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following: Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss resulting from the use, handling, or display of our flowers or floral products. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to plant sensitivity, allergies, or misuse of materials. All floral products are intended for decorative purposes only and are not for consumption. Keep out of reach of children and pets unless otherwise noted. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to release and hold harmless Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our products or participation in any related activities.

SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

I understand that Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to change the pick up dates of the flower subscription, based on external factors such as weather conditions and crop bloom times. I am aware that Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will email me with updates and reminders, and that it is my responsibility to contact the farm if I am not receiving any email communication within one to two weeks of the expected start date (expected pick up days are listed under each flower subscriptions product descriptions). I understand that I MUST add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to my email contact list, in addition to checking spam/promotions tabs to avoid missing any email communications. 

FLOWER PICK UP

I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up the flower bouquets at the farm during the designated time frame on pick up day. In the event I can not make the pick up time/day, Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will work with me to try and get my bouquet picked up or I can have someone I choose pick it up for me. If arrangements can not be made, I understand that I will forfeit my bouquet for that week. I understand that Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC cannot accommodate pick ups outside of the designated pick up days & time frames that I signed up for and agreed to. 

REWARDS AND RISKS OF FARMING

I understand that as a subscription member, I share both the rewards and the risks of farming. I understand that the rewards include fresh, high quality flowers where I receive one bouquet of flower every week for 4 weeks straight. The risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or extreme pest pressure, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster. I understand that in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, extreme pest pressure, drought, floods, or loss of crops or crop failure for any reason at all may result in a small or non-existent share of the season’s harvest. Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will work with me to set up a new dates for my subscription agreed upon by both parties. If the crop is a total loss for the season, I will be refunded in full, or receive the prorated amount if bouquet(s) have already been received.

FLOWER CARE

I understand that flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life, generally lasting between 5-7+ days depending on each flower type. Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will provide a link to downloadable flower care instructions at the start of each flower subscription to help customers get the longest life out of their blooms. I understand that it is my responsibility as the purchaser to download and follow all care guide instructions, and if the subscriptions is a gift, I will provide the receiver with the downloadable care guide. I understand that all flowers were harvested in peak condition, and that all varieties have a different vase life, and dependent upon your care. I understand and agree that Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not nor will not be held responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper flower care on my part, once I receive my flowers. 

COMMUNICATION

By signing up for a flower subscription, I agree to add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to my email contacts. This is how Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will communicate with me. Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC will not be held responsible for e-mails going to your spam folder or promotions tabs. I will notify the farm immediately if I do not receive a receipt upon payment or flower subscription notification emails within one to two weeks of the expected start date (listed in the description of the flower subscription I am signed up for). I will not hold Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC responsible for missed pick ups due to failure to add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to my contact list and therefore miss important emails. I agree to forfeit any flowers not picked up due to missed email communications or for any reason whatsoever
