Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions

Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, responsibly grown flowers. By purchasing, handling, or using our products, or by reserving a spot for our flower subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. General Agreement

  • All subscription purchases are final—there are no cancellations or refunds once purchased.

  • You may transfer your subscription to another person if you are unable to use it.

  • If gifting a subscription, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient understands these Terms & Conditions.

  • If you want us to communicate directly with the gift recipient, you must provide their email address.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of York County, Nebraska

2. Product Safety & Liability

  • All flowers are intended for decorative purposes only and are not safe for human or animal consumption.

  • Keep flowers out of reach of children and pets.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss resulting from handling, displaying, or using our flowers.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) allergic reactions, plant sensitivity, and misuse of materials.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to release and hold harmless Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any related claims or liabilities.

3. Seasonal Subscriptions & Scheduling

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to adjust pickup dates based on weather conditions or crop bloom times.

  • Expected start dates are listed in each subscription’s product description.

  • We will send updates and reminders via email. If you are not receiving emails within one to two weeks of the expected start date, you must contact us.

  • Add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to your email contacts and check your spam/promotions folders to avoid missed communications.

  • You must agree to receive our emails and accept marketing.

4. Flower Pickup

  • You are responsible for picking up your bouquets during the designated day/time at the farm.

  • If you cannot attend, you may arrange for someone else to pick up your bouquet.

  • If no arrangements are made, your bouquet for that week is forfeited—no replacements or refunds will be given.

  • We cannot accommodate pickups outside your designated pickup schedule.

  • Unclaimed bouquets will not be held past the pickup window and will be donated or resold at our discretion

5. Rewards & Risks of Farming

  • As a subscription member, you share in both the rewards and the risks of farming.

  • Rewards include fresh, high-quality flowers—one bouquet per week for four consecutive weeks.

  • Risks include smaller bouquets or no bouquets due to poor harvests from weather, pests, or crop failure.

  • If your subscription is delayed or interrupted due to these risks, we will work with you to reschedule pickup dates.

  • If there is a total seasonal crop loss, you will receive a prorated refund or full refund if no bouquets have been received.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to substitute flower varieties based on availability, quality, and seasonality without prior notice from where we see fit.

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill subscriptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, disease, acts of government, labor disputes, or equipment failure.

6. Flower Care

  • Flowers are perishable, with a vase life that varies by variety (generally 5–7+ days).

  • A link to downloadable flower care instructions will be provided at the start of your subscription.

  • It is your responsibility to follow care instructions to ensure maximum vase life.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for shortened vase life or reduced flower quality due to improper care after pickup.

7. Communication

  • Email is our primary method of communication.

  • Add miranda@kingsleymeadowsflowerfarm.com to your email contacts to ensure you receive important updates.

  • Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, LLC is not responsible for missed pickups or communications due to emails being undelivered, unread, or sent to spam/promotions folders.

  • Failure to receive or read emails does not exempt you from these Terms & Conditions.

8. Social Media/ Photography Model Release

  • By participating in our subscription program, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken from which you have posted and tagged us in.
