General Agreement
How to Redeem:
Gift certificates must be presented and given to us as payment when picking up the single bouquet or the first bouquet in the subscription.
Value: Each certificate holds the value indicated at the time of purchase. Each single bouquet gift certificate holds a $25 value and can be redeemed for one bouquet. Each weekly or biweekly subscription gift certificate holds a $115 value and provides 4 bouquets total. (either one bouquet per week or one bouquet every other week) Each monthly subscription gift certificate holds a $145 value and provides 5 bouquets total. (one bouquet per month)
No Cash Redemption: Certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Remaining Balance: If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of redemption.
Expiration: Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm gift certificates will expire on October 1st of the year indicated on the gift certificate.
Lost or Stolen Certificates: Treat certificates like cash. Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates. We will not re-issue lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates.
Transferability: Certificates are transferable as gifts but may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm.
Limitations: Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates or combined with other offers unless approved by Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm.
Seasonal Availability: Flower selections and services are subject to growing conditions and seasonal availability. Redemption times may vary depending on bloom cycles and weather. Bouquets will be made of flowers that are growing during the season redemption is requested. Flowers will a mixed variety chosen by Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm.
Acceptance of Terms: Purchase and/or use of a gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
