Photography Sessions

Create unforgettable memories surrounded by beautiful flowers! Our flower farm is the perfect backdrop for your next photography session. Each session is 1 hour long and includes access to our beautiful flower farm and use of our Bloom Bike- fill it with beautiful flowers or bring your own personal touches to make your photos truly unique.

📸 Please note: Photography sessions must be booked by a licensed photographer. If you don’t know one, we’re happy to recommend local professionals who would love to capture your special day here at the farm.

For professional photographers seeking a truly magical backdrop for client sessions, or businesses wanting to rent the space of commercial shoots, Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm offers a one-of-a-kind setting! Book now to reserve your spot!
Please note: Requested dates and times are considered tentative until you receive an email confirmation from us.

By booking a photography session at Kingsley Meadows Flower Farm, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all guidelines listed above, as well as the full Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking.

  • All photographers must schedule their session(s) in advance. Photographers must also have insurance if bringing clients to the farm. Any client you bring under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present.

  • A fee of $35/hour applies for each date requested and must be paid when reserving your specific date/time. Sessions are 1 hour long. You may use your 1 hour session for a single photo shoot or for mini shoots. You must start and end within the reserved time slot. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.

  • Do not pick, bend, or damage the flowers. Stay on designated paths and avoid stepping into flower beds. Be respectful of the bugs that call the flower farm home. Do not climb trees, fences, or any farm structures. Remove all trash, props, and personal items before leaving. Please keep noise levels low and be mindful that we have neighbors.

  • Large props (e.g., furniture, backdrops) must be approved in advance. Small handheld props are generally allowed. No outside flowers allowed.

  • We have about ½ an acre of farm for you to wander. Also, our Bloom Bike is available to use during your session. Bring your own special items to customize the Bloom Bike, or we can fill it with beautiful flowers! (flowers are a separate cost) We currently do not have a public restroom available or any space for clients to change clothes.

  • Flower bouquets, flower confetti, and our Bloom Bike full of flowers is available to use in your photography session for a separate cost. After the shoot, clients are able to take home any flowers they purchased.

    • Pre-made flower bouquets cost $20. This will have a variety of focal & filler flowers and greenery. More flowers can be added at their per stem prices. (between $1 and $4 dependent on flower variety)

    • Flower confetti costs $10 per 8oz jar or $4 per sachet. Photographers may purchase flower confetti to take and use at other locations.

    • The Bloom Bike is available to use with your reservation at no additional cost. You can bring your favorite things to style in the baskets or you can purchase flower bouquets to fill the bike. (7 bouquets to fill front and rear baskets. 6 bouquets to fill just the rear. 1 bouquet to fill the front basket.)

  • Commercial shoots for branding, clothing, advertising, or larger productions will have a $55 per hour price. All the same rules will apply. Please contact us for special arrangements.
